This may be caused due to : 

• The mobile number seems to be incorrectly formatted, too long or short, or mistyped.
• The customer might have opted out of text messages. You can learn more under “Managing opt-outs” in the CXT knowledgebase.

Each country has its own messaging rules ; see the Laws and Regulations category to learn more.

If the number is listed on a country’s Do Not Call registry, the message won’t be delivered.

To request a mobile number lookup, please send a ticket to our support team including:

• Your CLiX username
• Please include the phone numbers you'd like us to look up — Excel or CSV works best
• Which countries your trying to send to 
• The Sender ID that you are using for SMS
