Steps to Use a Template for SMS/MMS Messages
Templates are available across all CXT messaging features:
- Quick Send
- Campaign Builder
- Recurring
To apply a saved template, open the 'Templates' dropdown located beneath the message box while composing your SMS/MMS, and select the template you want to insert.
This will place the template content into the message box, allowing you to modify it as needed. The Sender ID will also automatically adjust to the Sender ID configured for that template.
