How to purchase a new virtual dedicated number using CXT

1. Click on ‘Numbers’ on the left‑hand menu in CXT.

2. Under the ‘Numbers’ section, select ‘Request’.

3. Enter:

The country for which you want to obtain a virtual number.

The number type you prefer: Standard, Silver, or Gold. Gold mobile numbers contain strong numerical repetition for easier recall. Silver numbers include some repetition, while Standard numbers do not.

Note: Silver and Gold numbers are only available in select countries.

Once a virtual number becomes available, you will be prompted to choose the number you want (options depend on the type selected) and select your contract term: 1 month or 12 months.

Note: If no virtual numbers are currently available for a specific country, a ‘request form’ will appear so our customer success team can provision numbers from upstream carriers.

4. Click ‘Select’ to add the virtual number to your purchase list.

5. Scroll down to view the dedicated numbers you have added but not yet purchased. You can delete any of these numbers or toggle Auto Renew on or off.

Note: We recommend enabling Auto Renew to ensure you retain the mobile number once your contract ends.

6. Review your selections. If everything is correct, choose whether to pay via PayPal or Credit Card.
